Reviews and Ratings
My stay at the Country House was a mix of cozy charm and minor inconveniences. The rooms had a lovely ambience but were a bit hot at night. They seemed a little tired, lacking heating in the bathroom, yet were still nicely appointed and clean. The service was top-notch, with incredibly friendly and accommodating staff making my visit special. The location was perfect for dog owners or nature lovers with beautiful views all around. Dining was a delightful experience, with excellent service and delicious food. Overall, a pleasant stay with some room for improvement.
The hotel is steeped in history and exudes a cozy atmosphere, although it tended to be warmer indoors. The service was exceptional, with a high standard of room cleaning and prompt repair service. The location offers wonderful opportunities for walks, although it might feel a bit on the outskirts of town. The dining experience was above expectations, except for the late start on Saturdays. Overall, a pleasant stay with some minor drawbacks.
My stay at the hotel was a mixed experience. The rooms were spacious and had a very good ground floor view over hills, with comfy beds and complimentary tea, coffee, biscuits, water, etc. , which was a complete delight. However, there was a strange noise that persisted through the night, which was a bit disturbing.
The hotel has character and overlooks a pleasant beer garden, offering a unique charm.
